Terrific Trouble Ceilidh Band
Our line-up is usually a fiddle, an accordion (with midi bass/piano) and a drummer. We also have our dedicated caller who can be on the dance floor with you showing you what to do. If you would prefer a smaller group, we can provide a solo accordion player who can also do the calling, or a duo a duo or trio.
We play all the classic ceilidh dances, such as the Dashing White Sergeant, Strip the Willow and the Gay Gordons, with a whole load of others too. If you have any favourites you would like us to include, just let us know and we will see what we can do.

Weddings are a great time to have a ceilidh. Lots of the dances we play mean that you get to dance with lots of partners, so folk from both families get to meet and talk. What a lot of people ask for is just a short ceilidh session (about an hour) before handing over to another band or disco, That works really well if you don't want to ceilidh all night, and is easy for us to arrange.
Another thing we can do for you is to give you some pre-wedding practice. One of us can come to you (and your family and guests if they are around) and teach you a few of the dances before the big day.
